Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
Salary: ÂŁ25,877 to ÂŁ27,515 Plus up to ÂŁ2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Rota: 3-week rolling 8:00am – 19:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 5:30pm)
What you will be doing:
- Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate
- Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy
- Update details and advise customers to any change in the price of their premium
- Promote bespoke packages relating to the client’s needs

- Customer service experience in a target driven role
- Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in Microsoft office
