Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Negotiator on a new build residential development. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the site, helping buyers on their journey to owning a new home. Experience in property sales or real estate is not essential – full training will be provided. More important is your enthusiasm, customer service skills and desire to learn.
Duties will include:
- Welcome and register visitors to the sales suite
- Conduct guided tours of show homes
- Provide information on the development, property types, pricing and availability
- Build rapport with potential buyers and answer their queries
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings and feedback
- Assist with reservation paperwork and liaise with internal teams when needed
- Ensure the sales area and show home are always well-presented
- Follow up with leads and support buyers through the sales process
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and confident dealing with the public
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
- Willingness to learn and take direction from an experienced sales manager
Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales; Interest in property or the new homes industry.
