Salary: £25,877 to £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Providing customers with bespoke insurance quotations, tailoring products to individuals needs
- Dealing with both existing and new customers
- Retaining existing clients
- Upselling additional products
- Reporting to Team leader/Manager
- Reviewing an allocated renewal invite list
- Invite policies compliantly.
- Ensure client records are updated appropriately
- Review a fair analysis of the market
- Renew Policies Household policies compliantly
- Respond to Customer Renewal Queries
What we're looking for:
- Excellent IT and data entry skills
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to communicate well
- Great attention to detail
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant phone manner
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload effectively
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
