Acorn are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Project Managers in administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of project activities. This is an exciting role where you will be able to coordinate events and work with stakeholders throughout projects. The Junior Project Manager must be able to drop into a project where scope, goals, costs and timelines have been established and support the achievement of said goals within the expected timeline, while effectively reporting on progress throughout the project life-cycle.
Location: Liverpool City Centre on a hybrid working basis
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling and admin.
- Maintain project documentation and update project registers.
- Keep RAID logs up to date and visible to all stakeholders.
- Support communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups.
- Organise meetings, take minutes and prepare suitable status reports.
