The Acorn Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our fast-paced IT team in Liverpool City Centre. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and security incidents, delivering deskside and remote support to colleagues across the business and ensuring first-time resolution where possible.
Reporting to the Desktop Support Team Manager, you will manage tickets, adhere to SLAs, and work closely with resolver groups to escalate complex problems.
