Salary: £26,938 – £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus

Working Hours: 18.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday 09:00 – 17:30 and Saturdays 09:00 – 12:30

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily KPIs and targets, including call volume and quality metrics.
  • Provide quality assurance through call audits and maintain high‑quality standards.
  • Resolve complaints and convert negative situations into positive customer experiences.
  • Handle policy queries and changes, being the go‑to expert for customers.
  • Deliver VIP service to all customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, reflecting our values in every interaction.
