Location: Lee

Salary: OTE of up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am‑6:00pm, Friday 8:30am‑5:00pm, Saturday 9:30am‑4:30pm (day in lieu)

Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to your own car required

Job Summary: We are a forward‑thinking and dynamic estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results and customer service. We are expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
  • Generate and attend property viewings
  • Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
  • Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation and market trends
  • Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
  • Work to and exceed personal and office targets
  • Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
  • Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
  • Target‑driven with a proactive approach to winning business
  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
