Location: Bromley

Salary: OTE of up to £50,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: You must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties.
  • Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the branch by achieving lettings targets and generating new business opportunities.

Duties will include:

  • Register applicants and understand their rental property requirements.
  • Match applicants with suitable rental properties and arrange viewings.
  • Book and conduct property viewings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
  • Generate and convert lettings opportunities.
  • Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and prospective tenants.
  • Provide landlords with regular updates, viewing feedback, and market advice.
  • Progress tenancy applications from offer agreed through to move-in.
  • Identify opportunities to generate landlord valuations and new business.
  • Assist with property listings, ensuring marketing details are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  • Work closely with Property Management and other internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Update and maintain the CRM/database accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets.

  • Previous experience within residential lettings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
