Role Description
The Assistant Lettings Manager will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department. Responsibilities include supporting landlords and tenants with rental agreements, handling property inquiries as well as generating and winning new business. The role also involves promoting available properties, conducting viewings, and collaborating with clients and team members to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bexley.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Lettings
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a Senior, supervisory or management role
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
