Working with the Evolve Organic Beauty range, you will provide high-quality treatments in a calm and welcoming environment while helping clients make informed choices about therapies, skincare products, supplements, and wellbeing strategies.

About The Role
As a Holistic Therapist at The Accuro Clinic, you will deliver exceptional wellbeing treatments centred around each individual's needs and goals. You will receive training in our Evolve Organic Beauty treatment protocols and become an important part of our multidisciplinary team. Hours are flexible for the right person and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Evolve Organic Beauty treatments using approved techniques and protocols
- Provide an exceptional client experience that is professional, welcoming, and tailored to individual wellbeing needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and support them throughout their wellness journey
- Confidently recommend suitable skincare products, supplements, and self-care practices
- Identify appropriate opportunities for clients to benefit from chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and reflexology
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and presentation
- Contribute to the positive atmosphere and professional reputation of the clinic
- Support community wellbeing initiatives, patient engagement, and promotional activities when required
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management.
- Level 3 qualification minimum in Holistic Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent
- Warm, caring, and professional manner
- Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people feel their best
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Confidence recommending products and wellbeing solutions
- High standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and organisation
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to client care.
- Experience with natural or organic skincare brands
- Interest in complementary healthcare and musculoskeletal wellbeing
- Additional therapy qualifications such as aromatherapy, reflexology, facial massage, Indian head massage
- Experience in client education and long-term wellbeing plans
- Knowledge of nutritional supplements
- Interest in community engagement and healthier lifestyles.
