We are actively seeking a PA / Office Administrator to join an accounting firm based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as an ability to manage their own time well. We are looking for a reliable and responsible person with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Main duties will include:
- Acting as front of house
- Answering the phones
- Client onboarding
- Day to day office administration
- PA work for the director
- Help put together presentations as required
If you have some accounts experience that would be an advantage.
You must have:
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ideal experience from an accounting firm or similar background
