Are you a recent graduate (accountancy and finance / economics or equivalent) looking for a progressive and varied role within a modern and growing ecommerce business? You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial group experiencing rapid expansion. Reporting to a senior finance business partner, you will enjoy gaining incredibly valuable experience - fast track development that will supercharge your career and provide an incredible platform for future career development.

The remit surrounds analysis, reporting and business partnering. It’s a data rich modern business and you will use your IT and analytical skills to provide insightful and easy to digest dashboards / MI - information designed to help the management teams make better tactical decisions. You’ll be speaking to colleagues across all areas of the business, from HR and marketing to operations, to gain an understanding of what impacts and drives success, cost, profit and margin.

You’ll be part of the FBP function which acts as a vital bridge between the finance team and the wider business. It’s an exceptional graduate position - commercially focused with a balance of added value analysis, business interaction and some core financial reporting / accounting. It would suit someone who either wants to progress through an accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA) or a commercially minded analyst looking to progress into finance business partnering / commercial analysis.

Qualifications
  • A relevant degree (2.1 or above) and an excellent academic track record.
  • Superb analytical and IT skills (Excel and perhaps Power BI experience).
  • Confident and outgoing communication skills - you need to be comfortable stepping away from your desk and getting out into the business to discuss the numbers / KPIs and the real world story behind the business performance.
  • A naturally proactive and enthusiastic approach to solving problems and learning new tasks.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team - it’s a vibrant, lively and growing business.
