• YouneedtobeabletooperateasatrustedadvisorandbusinesspartnertotheMDandwiderleadershipteaminadayntoearthbutaspirationalandprofessionalSME.
• WhilstpreviousPEexperienceisnotnecessarilyapre-requisite,thisindividualmustclearlydemonstratetheabilitytoworkwithinafastpaced,dynamicandambitiousbusinesswithafocusongrowthandpositivechange(andtheassociateddemands).
• YouwillneedtohaveoperatedatFD/HeadofFinancelevel(eitherdivisionalHoForFDwithinlargecorporateornumber1infinancewithinaprofessionalSME). Thisisarolewithstrategicfocusandtheindividualneedstoclearlydemonstratetheycan(andhave)operatedatprofessionalboardlevel.
• Itsuitsanambitiouscharacterwithnaturalproactivity. Someonetacticallyawareandveryhands-onbutabletooperateatastrategiclevelwithinanagileandhighlyaspirationalSME. Youmustbecomfortablewithchangeandabletonavigatethechallengesassociatedwithinvestment-backedgrowth.
