- Ability to credibly present highly diligent board packs to a senior audience (MD / Investor level).
- You’ll have demonstrable experience of having a significant positive impact within a growing business (ideally PE backed).
- You will be a hands on FD with no fear of drilling into the numbers and getting stuck into the nitty gritty as and when required.
- A natural business partner who will enjoy getting out into the organisation to understand where levers of cost, revenue and profit live and how best to pull them all in the right direction!
- Experience of M&A / due diligence would be useful (targeted acquisition is potentially part of the growth plan).
This is just a superb role for a driven and aspirational FD. A chance to be a pivotal player within a challenging, interesting and rewarding growth story.
