It’sachancetobeinvolvedinexcitingdeals, privateequityinvestments, companytakeovers, MBIs…extremelyinterestingexposurefromtheoutset.
Youneedtobeacommerciallyastuteaccountant/auditorideally ACCA/ACAqualified.
Youneedtohaveaclearinterestinbusiness, outstandingcommunicationskillsandanabilitytobuildrelationshipswithbusinessowners/boardroomdirectors/investors.
Anelementofcorporatefinanceexposurewouldbeusefulbutasolidtechnicalaccountingbackgroundplusakeennesstolearnanddevelopwillwork.
Gamechangingrolefortherightcandidate–astepawayfromaudit/accountingintotheoutandoutcorporatefinanceanddeal-making.
Required
- ACCA/ACA(toptierorprofessionalregionalfirm).
- Auditexposure. Ideallyexperienceofreasonablycomplexauditandabroadrangeofbusiness/groups.
- Experienceofcorporatefinancetransactions(businessacquisition/disposal)wouldbehugelyadvantageous.
