Yourinitialrolewillbeshadowing/supportingthemanagersanddirectorsinthegroupastheyprovideexpertadviseandconsultancyaroundcompanyacquisitions,mergers,managementbuyouts,companyrestructuringanddealfinancing.
Thisisjustanepicmovefortherightcandidate. Astepintotheexcitingandhighlyrewarding/lucrativeworldofcorporatefinanceandleadadvisory.
It’safirmwhereyoucanfasttrackandprogressswiftly. You’llhaveexcellentaccesstohighlyexperiencedandcrediblementorswhowillsuperchargeyourdevelopment,expertiseandunderstandingofthemarket.
It’sachancetobeinvolvedinexcitingdeals,privateequityinvestments,companytakeovers,MBIs…extremelyinterestingexposurefromtheoutset.
Youneedtobeacommerciallyastuteaccountant/auditorideallyACCA/ACAqualified.
Youneedtohaveaclearinterestinbusiness,outstandingcommunicationskillsandanabilitytobuildrelationshipswithbusinessowners/boardroomdirectors/investors.
Anelementofcorporatefinanceexposurewouldbeusefulbutasolidtechnicalaccountingbackgroundplusakeennesstolearnanddevelopwillwork.
Gamechangingrolefortherightcandidate–astepawayfromaudit/accountingintotheoutandoutcorporatefinanceanddeal-making.
Required:
- ACCA/ACA(toptierorprofessionalregionalfirm).
- Auditexposure. Ideallyexperienceofreasonablycomplexauditandabroadrangeofbusiness/groups.
- Experienceofcorporatefinancetransactions(businessacquisition/disposal)wouldbehugelyadvantageous.
- Excellentinterpersonalskills.
- Naturaldrive,ambitionandaproactiveapproachtolearning.
