This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a busy finance team and provide hands on support across the purchase ledger function. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential. This role would suit someone who can quickly integrate into an established team and hit the ground running. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate contribution to the finance function while gaining experience within a specialist and operationally focused business. Key responsibilities: Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation where applicable. Code and post invoices to the appropriate nominal accounts and cost centres. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries. Maintain accurate supplier account records.
