The Opportunity
Ambitious growing, owner-led SME with an exceptional leadership team have a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller to join as Head of Finance (with a view to transitioning into your first FD role in the next couple of years or so).

You’re joining a forward -thinking MD (who also came up through the qualified accounting lane).
It’s chance to work with an exceptional mentor who can provide you that valuable balance of coaching and freedom as you progress into the FD role.
There’s tons to get stuck into including leading a project to implement an ERP / overhaul their existing tech stack.
It’s a business with high potential and you will have chance to be involved in a host of value-add projects alongside the BAU financial management / reporting etc.
You’ll head the small finance team and deliver slick month end, a board pack, MI, budgeting, forecasting etc.
It would suit someone who can lead projects and it needs to be a modern finance professional who will enjoy significant involvement (alongside the MD) in implementing a new ERP system / sophisticated software.
