What the role looks like:
Leading the corporate tax team across the region, from strategy to delivery
Managing a high-quality portfolio of clients β largely entrepreneurial, PE-backed and group structures
Working closely with Partners on technical and commercial matters
Coaching, mentoring and reviewing the next wave of talent
Driving technical quality, process improvement, and client satisfaction
Supporting business development and strengthening the firm\βs local profile
What you\βll need:
CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified
Current experience at Senior Manager or Director level in a UK tax practice
Strong corporate or mixed tax background with advisory exposure
Proven leadership and a people-first approach
The confidence to influence β both internally and externally
