The Employer Solutions / Employment Tax team is expanding as part of a wider national growth strategy, with particular focus on strengthening its regional presence in Yorkshire. This role will support Partners at a regional level, helping to grow the Employment Tax offering by advising existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the market. The position combines technical delivery with commercial input and client-facing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advisory and consultancy work across a broad range of employment tax matters
- Advice on areas including:
- Salary exchange arrangements
- Employment status & IR35
- Benefits and expenses
- Reward and incentive planning
- CIS Business owner remuneration planning
About You:
- Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within Employment Tax
- Strong experience across the majority of Employment Tax areas
- CTA qualified or studying (support available if required)
- Solid grounding in Employment Taxes, PAYE, NIC, and Personal Tax
- Comfortable in a client-facing, advisory-led role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and commercially aware
