A full time, permanent Bookkeeper is required to join our Wirral office. The role mainly involves checking the accuracy of our client's records in Pandle to reduce the time our accountants spend correcting errors before completing the accounts and tax returns.
The role involves:
- Checking our client's data in Pandle on a regular basis
- Corresponding with clients to help them make corrections
- VAT Returns
- General bookkeeping across various systems
- Helping clients switch from their previous bookkeeping system to Pandle
The candidate must be:
- Good at managing your work load, ensuring high quality work is produced at all times
- Reliable, a good decision maker, productive and highly organised with a common sense approach to your work
