Job Description

We’re recruiting a full time permanent Executive Assistant to support our Operations Director with various tasks at our accounting and software company in Wirral.

  • The role will involve a range of duties including (but not limited to):
  • Organising staff events, treats and gifts
  • Arranging gifts for special events
  • Obtaining quotes and completing online orders for office equipment
  • Completing online weekly subsistence shop for the office
  • Organising welcome packs for new employees
  • Ad hoc errands (e. g., collect office supplies, etc.)
  • General administration tasks, including typing up meeting minutes
  • Supporting quotes for office suppliers, etc.
  • Filing and scanning paperwork
  • Booking and dealing with any contractors, e. g., gardeners, pest control, caterers, etc.
  • Supporting departmental managers with administration tasks on occasions where required
  • Some personal errands or tasks required on behalf of the Operations Director

You should be organised, have good attention to detail, good at managing your own workload and time, happy to take on any tasks, reliable, and have the ability to meet deadlines.

You will be working Monday – Friday, in person at our Wirral office.
