The Access Project is seeking a Tuition and Coaching Manager to lead the delivery of tuition and coaching across our programme. You will recruit, onboard, train and manage tutors and coaches, ensuring a rewarding experience and high-quality sessions for students.
You will work with the Head of Tuition and Coaching and cross-functional teams to oversee onboarding, matching, reporting and key communications. Flexible hybrid work in London.
