Legal Software training courses provide the delegates with the appropriate system knowledge and learning to make their working lives more effective. As such, the ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the training cycle and be able to adapt course content to help users see where they can work smarter, not harder. As well as delivering the courses, the candidate will also be expected to help create and maintain training material for an ever-changing industry by utilising the latest training content delivery tools and techniques.**Day-to-day, you will:**• Lead Dynamic Training Sessions: You\’ll deliver engaging, high impact training to both groups and individuals, whether remotely or face to face, ensuring your clients in the legal sector feel confident and skilled with their case management software. • Create Cutting Edge Training Materials: You’ll design and refine training resources that not only educate but inspire users to master the software seamlessly. • Become the Go To Expert: You’ll immerse yourself in our legal software products, gaining expert-level knowledge to troubleshoot, support, and innovate with ease. • Travel & Connect: You’ll travel to work directly with clients in-person, building relationships and providing hands-on, tailored support to meet their unique needs.**Your skills and experiences might also include:**• You’ll bring a strong foundation in customer engagement, with experience delivering impactful training sessions that truly connect with your audience. • If you’ve worked in the legal industry before, that’s a big plus — your insights will help you hit the ground running. • You’re confident presenting to groups of all sizes, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that make complex ideas clear and accessible. • You’re no stranger to Microsoft Office — especially Excel and PowerPoint — and you know how to use these tools to create compelling and professional materials. • You\’re familiar with modern training techniques and know how to design and deliver learning experiences that keep people engaged and drive real results.The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
