About you:
As the Senior Videographer/Editor, you\’ll bring creativity and technological innovation to our in-house video services, developing our video strategy while pioneering AI-powered tools and workflows that transform how we produce and deliver compelling content. You\’ll turn business objectives into engaging stories that deliver measurable results.
You\’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the go-to person for all video needs whilst engaging employees, customers, prospects, and investors through creative storytelling. Your role requires comfort with multi-stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
You\’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create compelling content at scale, bringing fresh skills and understanding of new approaches to video production that will propel Access forward. Your AI expertise will be crucial in transforming our content creation capabilities.
You\’ll combine creative vision with analytical thinking, testing formats to improve engagement and optimise performance whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Video Production & Strategy: You\’ll shoot and edit diverse video content (customer interviews, events) across the UK and Europe, whilst owning and developing The Access Group\’s video strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns
• AI Innovation & Efficiency: You\’ll pioneer AI-powered video workflows to increase production efficiency by 40%, develop AI-assisted templates and automation, and stay current with latest AI technologies and industry trends
• Creative Leadership & Collaboration: You\’ll provide creative direction from conceptualisation to final delivery, collaborate across departments to propose AI-enhanced solutions, and create social-first content optimised for multiple platforms using AI-powered editing tools
• Stakeholder Management & Performance: You\’ll manage external video production partners and AI tool vendors, act as primary liaison with clients during production, analyse video performance using AI-powered analytics, and train team me
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and demonstrated experience with AI video production tools (Sora, Descript, HeyGen, Runway).
• Production Expertise: Extensive knowledge of video production processes, equipment, and post-production techniques. Strong portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced video projects and experience with social-first video formats (vertical, short-form, platform-specific content).
• Creative & Professional Abilities: Excellent storytelling capabilities through video content, knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles, and strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability & Performance: Ability to work under pressure whilst managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, with flexibility to travel and work irregular hours when necessary.
Desirable qualifications include: AI-powered analytics tools experience, prompt engineering understanding, AI ethics knowledge, live streaming capabilities, 360/VR production skills, cloud-based platform experience, video SEO knowledge, basic coding abilities, and training experience
