About you: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive creation and development of our core ERP multi-product offerings. In this role, you work with a team of Product Managers to package a portfolio of integrated products that serve a broad range of customers across several market segments. You will work with multiple product teams and engineering across Access to ensure that the suite offers a best of breed functionality leveraging the Access Evo platform. This is a high-impact role where you will influence the future of our offerings, create synergies between products, and ensure cohesive alignment across the suite.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Execution of Product Suite Strategy and Vision: You will take a key role in the creation of ERP product suites, ensuring that individual software components complement each other and deliver value as an integrated system.
- Cross-Product Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to align product strategies, ensuring seamless user experiences across the suite.
- Customer-Centric Development: Drive product decisions based on deep customer understanding. Conduct user research, market analysis, and gather customer feedback to prioritise features that address customer pain points and enhance user engagement.
- Roadmap Ownership: Own and communicate the product suite roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs. Ensure individual products align with the broader company strategy and customer goals.
- Metrics & Performance: Define and track KPIs for each product within the suite, as well as for the overall portfolio. Use data-driven insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement across the product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly interface with internal stakeholders (leadership, sales, marketing, etc.) and external customers to gather feedback, align on priorities, and drive awareness of the product suite's vision and strategy.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure the suite remains competitive and relevant.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Support junior product managers across the team, fostering a collaborative culture and helping build a world-class product management organisation.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and product marketing teams to help drive go-to-market programs, ensuring product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials are aligned with commercial goals.
- Pricing & Monetisation: Input into product pricing, licensing models, and subscription offerings that optimise revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
