About you: As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering our private sector payment solutions, including Direct Debit and card processing. Your role will involve driving growth in new business, unlocking cross-sell opportunities, and increasing awareness of our offerings among SMEs and enterprise businesses.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create, execute, measure, and refine a creative and effective marketing strategy aimed at generating demand and expanding our private sector payment solutions in key sectors. Your focus will be on developing and running well-planned, high-quality multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing programmes that centre around customer needs and their desired business outcomes, helping to accelerate growth in this market. Additionally, you will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right sales enablement tools, content, and strategies to enhance self-generated pipeline results.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with target personas and sales objectives to achieve private mid-market pipeline and revenue goals.
- Create and execute impactful demand generation programmes that engage prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle, managing both inbound and outbound channels effectively.
- Employ a KPI-driven approach to Account-Based Marketing (ABM), collaborating closely with New Business Sales and Account Management to engage target accounts and guide them through the buyer's journey.
- Continuously analyse marketing outcomes, draw insights, and collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure sales have the necessary content and tools to enhance pipeline performance.
