About you:

You’re driven by sales and motivated by progress. You want a role where you can build your career, put your skills to work and see the impact you’re making. You enjoy working with large, complex customers and take pride in being organised, thoughtful and persistent. At Access, you’ll be trusted to shape how we engage our largest accounts and you’ll have the space to grow your expertise while supporting others around you.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Identify and create well-qualified sales opportunities within our Tier One accounts for our Sales Consultants to close.
  • Act as a role model within the wider Sales Development team, sharing good habits and setting a high standard.
  • Map out target accounts in a clear and organised way, working closely with sales and marketing to plan outbound activity and spot new opportunities.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly targets, using a mix of self-generated leads and inbound marketing leads to support wider team goals.

  • Experience in sales development, business development or opportunity generation roles.
  • A genuine interest in technology and how software can solve real customer problems.
  • Strong motivation, resilience and a focus on hitting targets, even when things get challenging.
  • A professional, positive and sociable approach, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
