About you:
You enjoy selling with purpose and want your work to make a real difference. You’re motivated by targets, but you’re just as driven by understanding people and helping organisations solve meaningful problems. You like working in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of your pipeline, and bring energy and curiosity to everything you do. You’re comfortable working with others across Sales, Customer Success and Product, and you care about doing the right thing for customers and for the charity sector.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with medium and large UK charities, guiding them through the full sales journey from first conversation to close.
- Proactively generate opportunities through outbound activity, including phone, email and social channels, and turn interest into value-led conversations.
- Run discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly show how our fundraising platform can support a charity’s goals.
- Keep your activity and opportunities up to date in HubSpot, working closely with colleagues to make sure every opportunity is followed through.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience selling software or technology products, ideally in a business-to-business or software as a service (SaaS) environment.
- Confidence negotiating with a range of stakeholders and handling objections with empathy and clarity.
- An interest in the charity or not-for-profit sector, and a genuine desire to support organisations doing good work.
- Experience sharing feedback with Product or wider teams to help improve how things work for customers.
