About you: We’re looking for a business-minded individual to grow pipeline and revenue through our partner ecosystem. With an entrepreneurial approach, you’ll work strategically to make Lightyear the AP automation platform of choice for new and existing customers. You’ll need experience in selling and growing revenue through partnerships in the Accounting, VAR, or ERP space, with a track record of building strong, long-term relationships. An existing network in these areas would be a plus. To support you, we’ll provide sales and marketing materials, pre-sales and sales support, and tools to strengthen partner engagement. Alongside this, your proactive approach will be key to driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Execute the Partner Account Management Strategy in line with business goals.
- Drive pipeline growth within the partner ecosystem to meet new business revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Lightyear sales team to enable effective co-selling and directly co-sell on key strategic opportunities when needed.
- Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with partners, gaining a strong understanding of their business.
- Develop and drive innovative propositions and solutions to create sustainable revenue streams.
- Act as a subject matter expert in one or more partner types-ERP software, VAR, or Accountants-ensuring Lightyear is positioned for success with the right opportunities.
- Represent Lightyear at trade shows when required.
- Engage with partners via phone, online, and in person as needed. Responsibilities may evolve based on business or partner needs.
