Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure legal soundness and compliance with company policies.
- Support our compliance team articulate licence and intellectual property infringement matters clearly and effectively, in order to negotiate the right outcome.
- Provide legal support to our Employee Success team on employment‑related issues and initiatives from time to time.
- Assist in ensuring the company adheres to applicable regulations, including those relevant to the Access Group as a whole.
- Support our regulated limb of the Access Group, Access PaySuite, with legal matters to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations.
- Provide legal assessments and guidance to our internal customer success teams on various matters as requested, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Assist our external consultants on Property and Intellectual Property (IP) matters, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.
- Conduct legal research to support various projects and initiatives, providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- A degree in law or a related field, or relevant legal qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
