About you

  • You enjoy building something from the ground up and take pride in creating your own pipeline.
  • You’re confident reaching out to new prospects and starting conversations, and you’re motivated by turning opportunity into results.
  • You’re comfortable working with warehouse, logistics or supply chain customers — or you’re keen to quickly build knowledge in a technical space.
  • Above all, you’re someone who stays organised, qualifies opportunities well, and keeps momentum through the full sales journey.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Build your own pipeline through outbound activity — including cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns and attending events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation through discovery, product demonstration, proposal and close.
  • Run structured discovery to understand customer challenges, how their warehouse operates and what matters to each stakeholder.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in CRM and provide clear, reliable forecasts.

Skills and experience

  • Experience selling warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, or similar operational tools.
  • Familiarity with structured sales qualification approaches such as MEDDPIC.
  • Confidence tailoring product demonstrations to customer needs and connecting features to real‑life outcomes.
  • Experience working with internal teams like pre‑sales, product or implementation to shape solutions that work in practice.
