About you:
This is an exciting UK based opportunity supporting our US-based Paytronix content operations. Paytronix delivers a leading guest engagement platform for online ordering, loyalty, messaging, mobile apps, gift cards, marketplace management and payments using customer and transaction data to drive targeted marketing. This role supports US Paytronix teams and requires strong content operations experience, modern SEO skills, excellent editorial quality and the ability to manage multiple projects and freelancers in a fastâpaced workflow.
You enjoy keeping content moving and making sure everything is delivered to a high standard. Youâre confident working with writers, editing content and keeping an eye on how it performs. Youâre happy managing several tasks at once, and you take pride in spotting ways to make processes smoother. Youâre also comfortable using search engine optimisation tools and content systems and you know how to shape content so it is clear, useful and well structured.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage a busy content pipeline and keep articles moving from initial idea through to publication.
- Optimise content for search, making sure articles match what people are looking for and follow on-page best practice.
- Proofread and edit content so that it is clear, accurate and aligned to our tone of voice and brand.
- Work closely with freelance writers, giving helpful feedback, supporting revisions and keeping documentation up to date.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience improving content processes, using templates or simple automations to make work more efficient.
- Experience reviewing content performance and using insights to guide future content planning.
- Experience working with different teams, such as sales or product marketing, to gather information and align content.
- Experience adapting longer content into formats like social posts, emails or scripts for different channels.
Please note some flex working is required a few times a week for meetings to align to US.
