About you: You’re ambitious and driven, with a genuine interest in sales and a desire to grow your career. As an Account Executive in our Legal Specialist Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in helping us bring new customers on board and grow our revenue in a way that feels right for them. You enjoy working with customers, taking the time to understand their challenges and offering solutions that make a real difference. You’re comfortable talking to legal professionals and can build trust quickly by listening, asking the right questions and communicating clearly. In this role, you’ll work closely with legal prospects, building long‑term relationships and showing how our legal software and recruitment solutions can help their businesses run more smoothly and efficiently.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by managing your own pipeline and opportunities.
  • Engage proactively with prospects through referrals, enquiries, cross‑sell, up‑sell and self‑generated leads.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations that clearly show the value of Access solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in a business‑to‑business sales role, ideally within the legal or property sectors such as conveyancing.
  • An understanding of the challenges faced by legal firms, including exposure to the searches market.
  • Confidence managing a busy sales pipeline in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
