About you: You’re someone who enjoys leading from the front and helping others do their best work. You’re motivated by building a strong team, creating clarity, and driving consistent results. You understand how new business sales works in a software environment, and you bring a thoughtful, calm approach to coaching and performance. You’re comfortable working across different markets and cultures, and you know how to adapt your style to get the best out of people. Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of new business Account Executives, helping them win new customers and hit their targets.
  • Run regular pipeline and deal reviews, using structured sales methods to keep deals moving and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Coach your team through complex opportunities, joining key customer conversations and supporting negotiations where needed.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market plans and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key skills and experiences:

  • Experience with hotel technology platforms or a strong understanding of how hotels choose and use software.
  • Knowledge of the wider hotel technology landscape, such as property management systems or revenue tools.
  • Experience building or growing a new business sales team in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work across different countries and cultures, with additional language skills being helpful.
