About you:

You’re confident using data to guide decisions, and you know how to build strong relationships across sales and marketing teams. Most of all, you want to help your team create meaningful conversations with potential customers and support the wider business to meet its goals.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead and support a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them create strong opportunities for our sales teams.
  • Coach your team through regular feedback, role‑modelling productive behaviours and keeping everyone engaged and motivated.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to bring strategic plans to life and make sure team activity aligns with business needs.
  • Champion consistent and accurate use of Salesforce (our customer relationship management system) for reporting and forecasting.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience leading target-driven teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, both personally and through others.
  • Confidence using reports and dashboards to understand performance and spot ways to improve.
