Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
You’re an experienced product leader who brings clarity to complexity. You enjoy helping teams and customers make sense of challenging problems and turning them into simple, useful solutions that work in the real world. You focus on outcomes over outputs, and you care about whether what you build genuinely improves how customers run their businesses day to day.
You’re curious about how AI can be applied in practical ways. You see it as a tool to solve operational challenges — like planning, forecasting, risk management and productivity — rather than something to add for the sake of it. You’re comfortable asking the right questions about where AI adds real value, and where it doesn’t.
You lead with calm confidence. Change doesn’t unsettle you — whether that’s evolving a long-standing product, integrating new technology or bringing teams on a journey to a new way of working. You understand the balance between protecting what already works for customers and moving forward in a way that’s thoughtful and sustainable.
You’re also a strong collaborator. You communicate clearly, bring people with you and create an environment where teams can do their best work. You show up consistently, support others, and build trust across engineering, commercial and customer-facing teams.
At Access, we’re building AI-enabled products that help Construction businesses across the UK, the US and Australia run better every day. You’ll play a central role in shaping that direction — making sure we focus on the right problems and deliver solutions that create clear, measurable value for both customers and the business.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Set and communicate a clear, AI-first product strategy across a complex portfolio — balancing reliable core systems with new, AI-enabled workflows that improve how customers plan, build and manage projects.
- Lead and support a distributed team of AI Product Engineers, working closely with engineering to turn product ideas into practical solutions that deliver real outcomes for customers.
- Work closely with commercial and growth teams to connect product decisions to pricing, go-to-market plans and revenue — ensuring product investment supports long-term growth and customer value.
- Spend time with customers and use data alongside direct feedback to test ideas, guide priorities and build confidence in our product direction.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Significant experience leading senior product teams within software as a service (SaaS), platform or enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments, ideally within Construction or similarly complex industries.
- Experience applying AI in product discovery, delivery or validation, with a clear understanding of where it creates meaningful impact for customers.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience linking product strategy to annual recurring revenue (ARR), retention and measurable customer outcomes.
- Confidence working across legacy systems and modern platforms, helping teams and customers move forward at a pace that’s practical and sustainable.
