About you:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to support demand generation initiatives across our growing Non-Profit & Education software portfolio. You’re someone who enjoys seeing your work make a real impact, whether that’s generating leads, supporting campaigns or helping sales teams have better conversations. You’re curious about B2B software marketing and keen to build your skills in a hands-on role where you can learn by doing. You like working with others, sharing ideas and keeping things organised, even when you’ve got a few projects on the go. You’re comfortable using marketing tools, or you’re quick to pick them up, and you enjoy using data to understand what’s working and what could be improved.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across: Digital channels, Email marketing, Events and webinars and Content syndication.
  • Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital and events, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Help organise and run events such as webinars and trade shows, including promotion, logistics and follow-up with prospects.
  • Create and manage marketing content like emails, social posts and landing pages, making sure messaging stays clear and consistent.
  • Work with sales to manage leads, track campaign performance and keep customer relationship management (CRM) data accurate and up to date.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within technology or software environments.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot, and working with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence creating clear and engaging content across email, social and web.
  • An organised and data-led approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and use insights to improve performance.
