You enjoy building strong relationships and helping customers get real value from the software they use every day. You're commercially aware and know how to spot opportunities to grow accounts in a way that feels natural and helpful, not pushy. You stay organised, manage your time well and take ownership of your portfolio so customers feel supported and confident working with you.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Access Delta customers across sectors such as third-party logistics (3PL), distribution, manufacturing and eCommerce.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the wider Access software suite, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), finance, human resources (HR) and reporting tools.
- Manage renewals, forecasting and pipeline activity in Salesforce, while working closely with implementation and support teams to keep the customer experience smooth.
- Knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or integrated software platforms.
- Experience gathering and sharing customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
