About You:
As a vital member of our Digital Sales Account Management team, you will excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your primary responsibility will be to sell our innovative software solutions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers to fulfil their missions effectively.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Achieve sales targets for Software as a Service (SaaS) license, while also meeting annual consultancy targets. This includes generating a robust pipeline of new opportunities and cross selling our diverse product portfolio.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing customers. This involves hosting meetings at all levels and fully understanding their business plans and expectations.
- Respond quickly to enquiries and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Work closely with other sales team members, supporting their efforts in securing business. Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present innovative sales ideas to customers.
- Proactively campaign across your customer base, cross-selling our innovative solutions and evolving GTM strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our Salesforce system; your administrative skills will be crucial in ensuring our processes run smoothly.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience of the software industry is preferable.
- You have a background in B2B sales or target-driven account management, showcasing your ability to achieve results in competitive environments.
- Experience in selling and demonstrating software through digital platforms is preferable.
- Proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients.
- You are highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and professional goals.
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices.
- Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
