About you: You enjoy shaping how workplaces evolve and how property portfolios support real business growth. You’re comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery, and you know how to get things done across different regions and teams. You’re commercially aware and confident working with data, using it to guide decisions and spot opportunities to improve cost and efficiency. You’re also someone who builds strong relationships — whether that’s with finance, legal, or external partners — and brings people with you when plans change. You’re curious about how technology can improve the way property teams work. Whether it’s automation, better reporting, or smarter use of data, you’re keen to simplify processes and make better decisions. Above all, you’re adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving SaaS environment where priorities can shift.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the development and delivery of a global real estate strategy that aligns with business growth and changing workforce needs.
  • Manage lease activity across multiple regions, including renewals, negotiations, and exits, while working closely with landlords and advisors.
  • Contribute to estate optimisation projects such as office consolidations, relocations, and hybrid workplace initiatives that improve utilisation and reduce cost.
  • Use data, reporting, and emerging technology tools to improve decision‑making, streamline processes, and strengthen overall portfolio performance.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working with property technology (proptech) tools or using automation to improve lease management and reporting.
  • Exposure to supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large‑scale estate transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of UK lease compliance, including landlord and tenant obligations.
  • A professional qualification in property or real estate, such as Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
