About you: You’re a commercially minded finance partner who enjoys being close to the business. You like turning numbers into clear insight and helping leaders make better decisions. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, happy to challenge when needed, and comfortable balancing detail with the bigger picture. You enjoy a fast‑moving environment and take pride in being a trusted sounding board who helps the business grow in a sustainable way.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Build a deep understanding of the key drivers of the business and explain how they impact performance in clear, practical terms.
  • Own the rolling forecast, looking ahead to spot risks and opportunities and suggesting actions to improve outcomes.
  • Create clear analysis, business cases and scenarios to support strategic decisions, focusing on what it means for the business and what to do next.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and finance colleagues, offering constructive challenge and forward‑looking insight to improve financial performance.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering within a complex or fast‑growing organisation.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to explain the “so what” to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders and building effective relationships across finance and the wider business.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with the resilience to work at pace and manage competing priorities.
