You care about giving sales teams what they need to succeed, whether that’s simple tools, clear learning paths or practical guidance they can use straight away. You’re curious, thoughtful and calm under pressure, and you enjoy working with a wide range of teams.
Day‐to‐day, you will:
- Act as the strategic enablement partner for our Hospitality division, working closely with senior leaders to support key business priorities.
- Shape and deliver clear, simple programmes that help new starters ramp faster, including learning paths designed for roles such as Sales Development Representatives and Demand Specialists.
- Tailor global revenue initiatives — like sales frameworks and forecasting tools — so they fit the needs of Hospitality teams.
- Work with product enablement and technology teams to create helpful resources, encourage adoption of our systems and bring insights to life through tools such as Power BI.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in designing onboarding or learning programmes that help people ramp quickly and confidently.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially when working with senior leaders or product and enablement teams.
- An interest in simplifying complex information into clear, practical resources such as battle cards or training content.
- Confidence using technology and data to understand performance and spot opportunities to improve how teams work.
