About you:

You enjoy building relationships and you’re motivated by hitting targets and seeing the impact of your work. You like working at pace and you’re comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations and opening doors. At Access, we’ll give you a broad range of payment products to sell, and you’ll have the freedom to shape your own portfolio while being supported by a collaborative Digital Sales team.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Build your own portfolio of customers through proactive outbound activity, including calls, emails and social media.
  • Create and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities so you can consistently work towards your sales target.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels, from day-to-day contacts through to decision makers.
  • Make sure every deal is handed over smoothly to our projects team, keeping the customer experience front of mind.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in payments, such as Direct Debit, card payments, Open Banking (secure bank-to-bank payments) or alternative payment methods.
  • Experience in outbound business-to-business sales, with confidence handling cold outreach.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change as we grow.
  • Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and clearly explain ideas.
