About you:

Join our SMB ERP Sales team, where you’ll grow existing accounts, drive Finance system sales, and uncover cross-sell opportunities across HR, Payroll, and wider Access solutions. A brilliant role for a consultative relationship-builder ready to accelerate their career in a fast-growing software business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with finance stakeholders and position Finance systems alongside cross-sell solutions.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and keep CRM (ideally Salesforce) fully up to date for forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to deliver impactful demos and translate customer challenges into clear solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, follow up proactively, and network internally/externally to maximise account value.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proven B2B account management or SaaS sales experience, ideally within Finance systems, ERP, or business software.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, confident with senior stakeholders and all communication channels.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise workload while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to positive relationships, collaboration, and acting with integrity.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning, personal development, and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.
