About you: As a vital member of our Digital Sales team, you will excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your primary responsibility will be to sell our innovative software products specifically designed for educational institutions. By equipping schools with the technology they need, we give educators the freedom to focus on what they genuinely love, tutoring children and nurturing their potential. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in empowering these organisations to fulfil their educational missions effectively, ensuring children receive the quality education they deserve. Day-to-day, you will:
- Achieve sales targets for Software as a Service (SaaS) license, while also meeting annual consultancy targets. This includes generating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and cross selling our diverse product portfolio.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing clients in the education sector. This involves hosting meetings at all levels and fully understanding their business plans and expectations.
- Be prepared to organise telephone reference sites or site visits for both your prospects and those of team members. Respond quickly to enquiries and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Work closely with other sales team members, supporting their efforts in securing new business. Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present innovative sales ideas to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our Salesforce system with all pre-sales information. Your administrative skills will be crucial in ensuring our processes run smoothly.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- An understanding of the not-for-profit sector is preferable and/or the software sector (SaaS).
- Preferably possess experience in selling software over the phone, with a proven record of accomplishment of proactively reaching out to prospects or clients.
- A self-motivated individual with an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport at all levels within an organisation.
