About you:
You care about customers and the value they get from the products they use. You enjoy turning insight and data into clear, helpful marketing that supports growth and keeps customers engaged. You think commercially, but you keep things simple and practical. You’re comfortable working across Sales, Customer Success and Product, and you know how to translate what you hear into marketing that moves customers forward. At Access, we’ll give you the space to shape customer marketing in a meaningful way and see the impact of your work across the business.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Design and run customer lifecycle programmes that support onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion, using customer behaviour and usage data to guide your approach.
- Build and manage upsell and cross-sell campaigns that help existing customers get more value from Access ERP Core and related products.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, spot growth opportunities and help turn customer interest into qualified sales conversations.
- Review campaign performance and customer engagement data to improve messaging, timing and channels over time.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing within a business-to-business software or software as a service environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, to build automated journeys and triggered campaigns.
- Confidence using customer data, product usage signals and customer relationship management systems to segment audiences and prioritise activity.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to explain marketing impact clearly to Sales, Customer Success and other stakeholders.
