About you:
Youâre a Senior Consultant - ERP who enjoys helping customers get real value from their systems. Youâre confident owning complex implementations, understanding how construction or homeâbuilding businesses operate, and translating those needs into practical ERP solutions. You bring fundamental experience in cost accounting, use it to solve real business problems, and act as a trusted expert for customers and colleagues alike. Youâre comfortable taking the lead, communicating clearly, and supporting others through change.
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Coins Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, from requirements gathering through to delivery and goâlive.
- Run customer workshops and software walkthroughs to map business processes and design effective system solutions.
- Deliver training to end users through workshops and webinars, explaining both the software and the underlying financial and cost accounting processes.
- Play a senior role in shaping how we deliver, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and better ways of working.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Experience in quantity surveying, accounting or finance within the construction or homeâbuilding sector, with a fundamental understanding of cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Coins, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle, including configuration, testing and deployment.
- Confidence working with financial concepts such as ledgers, trial balances, cost control and financial statement interpretation.
- A calm, methodical approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage multiple projects and build trusted customer relationships.
