Join TrueSight Expand as Commercial Manager driving multi-million annual recurring revenue across HSC software companies. You'll leverage customer adoption data and telemetry insights to accelerate revenue growth, protect existing revenue, and deliver adoption-focused commercial outcomes across Access Group's Hospitality portfolio of three software companies. This is a high-impact role bridging Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - transforming usage data into revenue opportunities through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and data-driven commercial initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Drive multi‑million‑pound revenue growth by executing TrueSight playbooks, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong pipeline coverage to meet conversion and forecasting targets.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Software Company leadership, Division Board Members, and teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn adoption insights into measurable commercial programmes.
- Use data‑driven selling to convert telemetry, usage, and adoption metrics into compelling business cases, presenting confidently to C‑suite stakeholders and identifying improvements in reporting and analytics.
- Build strategic, long‑term relationships with Hospitality customers, resolving commercial challenges, conducting Business Process Reviews, and drafting clear multi‑year agreements aligned with Access objectives.
- You bring strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and confidence presenting to all stakeholder levels.
- You excel at translating adoption insights into commercial opportunities using analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
- You understand SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and data-driven selling approaches.
