The Access Group seeks a Commercial Director to lead the development and delivery of our Hospitality SaaS suite (ResDiary, Collins, Design My Night, Tonic, Soda). You will define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead a matrixed team across product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to ensure product success in the hospitality market.

You will drive market research, financial planning, and OKRs to deliver growth in ARR, GRR, NRR, and NPS, while shaping GTM strategy.
