About you

You enjoy shaping how sales teams learn, sell and succeed at scale. You like turning strategy into simple, practical programmes that people actually use. You’re comfortable working across regions, balancing global consistency with local needs, and you’re curious about how technology and data can improve performance. At Access, you’ll have the space to influence how revenue enablement works across the group and see the impact of your work clearly.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Set the global approach to revenue enablement, shaping how we support sales teams across regions through clear frameworks, programmes and tools.
  • Lead the evolution of our sales methodology, including MEDDPICC (a structured sales qualification framework), making sure it’s easy to understand and consistently applied.
  • Own our core sales programmes, such as self‑prospecting and pipeline progression, improving how teams build and move opportunities.
  • Use data and insight to measure impact, improve programmes and show how enablement supports revenue growth.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience designing and delivering sales enablement or go‑to‑market programmes in global organisations.
  • Experience using sales technology and learning platforms, including applying artificial intelligence to personalise learning.
  • Experience leading enablement teams or working with regional enablement partners.
  • A strong understanding of sales performance measures and how to link enablement activity to business outcomes.
